Needless to say, GEORGE CAMPBELL loves what he does! He started G.T. Campbell Plumbing over 21 years ago in 2004 and carries a master plumbing license from the city of Rochester and plumbing licenses in surrounding towns.
41 years ago, George was encouraged by his father “Scotty” Campbell to try out the plumbing field. He started out as an apprentice with Ferraro Plumbing in Rochester then life took him to Buffalo, NY where he obtained his journeyman license while working with Musso Plumbing. He excelled in residential and commercial plumbing while working with Musso having to learn
much of what he knows on his own. George returned to Rochester, NY in 2000 and worked with Gissin Plumbing for 4 years. Then in 2004 George decided to strike out on his own forming G.T. Campbell Plumbing. Being self-employed has been one of the most rewarding things in his life. George loves interacting with his customers and enjoys finding solutions to their plumbing problems and consulting customers on plumbing projects they want to complete. In his free
time, George always enjoys spending time with friends and family.

In July 2014, THOMAS CAMPBELL chose to join the family business. Acquiring extensive knowledge of plumbing from his father, George Campbell; and developing expertise in customer service and interaction from his parents and previous professional experiences. Over the last decade, Thomas has continued to learn and implement many experiences and skills to better hone his craft as a tradesman in the field of plumbing, such as receiving specialized training and certification in Back-flow device installation and testing. Thomas prides himself on ensuring that all plumbing services and installations are performing to the utmost performance and efficiency.

Though actively involved with GT Campbell Plumbing since its inception in 2004, MURIEL CAMPBELL joined her husband George and son Thomas full time in 2015. Muriel enjoys working with George and Thomas and interacting with customers over the phone. “It is always a pleasure speaking with customers, some of them are like long-time friends. I am also motivated by a pleased customer. Through our business we aim to embrace the biblical teaching of Jesus, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.
Prior to working full time at the family business Muriel worked 26 years as an accountant in the telecommunications industry and 4 years prior to that as a bank auditor. Though operating a small family business comes with its set of challenges, Muriel appreciates having the flexibility with her time whether it be for taking care of grand kids, traveling to see family or spending time with dear friends.
